PEACHTREE CITY

The Development Authority of Peachtree City has commissioned the services of an architect and land planner to enhance the marketability of the sites at Lexington Circle by offering some design and use recommendations. This is an ongoing process which may result in adjustments to the details of the LUC-16 zoning. Specifically, the subject of allowing more residential units in either a loft or town home configuration was embraced by almost all at the Development Authority meetings as a viable alternative to large free-standing commercial retail stores. Future meetings of the Development Authority will be open to the public.
