Metrosouth Realty Inc.was established for the purpose of helping clients with land acquisition, planning, rezoning, builder programs and consulting on mixed use projects in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Georgia. Metrosouth Realty specializes in projects in Peachtree City and Fayette County, Georgia.
Metrosouth Realty’s Owner and Broker Rick Schlosser does not operate a typical real estate firm. Metrosouth has no agents, MLS affiliation or listings of new or resale homes. Focusing instead on rezoning, land planning, consulting and land acquisition for preferred clients, Metrosouth and its affiliates are able to bring a unique synthesis of planning and zoning expertise to any prospective development.
Metrosouth has been involved in the success of The Grove at Orchard Hills, Highland Park, Lakeside at Redwine, Cedar Croft, Eagle's Landing, Stonebriar, Willow Creek and others (for details see Rezoning History). Currently, Metrosouth is working exclusively on Lexington Circle
